This notice explains what we collect through the launch notification form and how to contact us about it.
What the form collects
We collect your first name, email address and, if you choose to provide it, a short note about what frustrates you about your current bookkeeping software. We use this information to tell you when Candora launches and to learn what may need improvement.
Services and locations
The website and form records use Cloudflare Pages and D1. Cloudflare's service region and data placement depend on the settings available to the configured account. Notification email is sent through Amazon SES in ca-central-1, Canada. Zoho Mail is used for Candora business email; its account data region is not specified in this notice.
We use services with Canadian operations or control where practical. These providers process information only to support the website, store form entries or deliver business email.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from launch messages or ask us to delete your information by emailing [email protected]. We do not sell the notification list or share it with other organizations for their own use.
